feeling sick...

I have not been feeling great this week.  I have a sore throat, nasal congestion and a constant vague headache.  It didn't help that I had to work night shift on Monday and days on Wednesday, that threw me off a bit.  My youngest is sick too, nasty cold and an ear infection.  I have been sticking to the elliptical and recumbent bike.  Did 20 min on each Tuesday and 35 min on the elliptical last night.  I am hoping to run today if my head doesn't ache too bad. 


  1. Be careful working out while sick. It can do more harm than good. Rest is good when not well.
    Take care first then, when you start to feel better, then get moving.

  2. maybe your husband should move out for a couple of days cause you don't want to get him sick, do you? :-)
