So far, so good in the new year

I have been keeping on track with my workouts so far this year and feeling good about that.  I had a productive weekend - I did one hour fitness test on my bike (on the trainer) Friday and it was really tough.  I ran 6.25 miles yesterday and did 45 min on the endurance setting on the elliptical tonight.  I find I do best when I mix it up and cross train.  I have also had success with Weight Watchers since the plan changed.  I was at goal/lifetime member, but I have dropped a few more pounds on the new plan and feel like that is helping me run a little faster.  So now I need to focus on staying on track and not letting the crazy cold, snowy weather here in New England get me down.

  1. Wow - you're doing an amazing job. Sure you don't want to go for the full marathon in January - I mean you're already at the halfway point for the half marathon :)!

    Keep up the great work. Glad to hear that you are liking the new WW plan. I still may have to check it out and see if it would work for me :)!
